BUT, I know, truth be told, most organizational mission statements feel like irrelevant relics rising from a consultant led leadership retreat and golf getaway. Yes, they still hang politely on walkways and walls and make it into the new employee handbook... but change the way things are done? No. Change the corporate culture? No. Change the world? Definitely NO! Lucky if anyone in the organization can even quote it!
OK... so how does such a mission statement get made?
and have that become what we all agree to be doing together... that little statement just may change the world! Maybe even change you along the way!
