I love retreats! Personally, I find that I need intentional time to restore breath back into my oxygen starved body, my mind and soul.
Some suggestions:
Go for a walk in the woods (If you have a dog, they will love it! Let them off their leash! Freedom... Arf! Arf!)
Walk along a river, lake or stream. (Ocean would be awesome... but any body of water can bring you flowing back to life!)
Visit every local park or forest preserve in your area.
(See it as a new adventure!)
Walk in a field. (Lots of those around here! No mountains. Oh well)
