What comes to mind when you hear the word "PRODUCTIVITY?"
I've got to say, it's tended to be a negative word for me.
Why? Because I associated "productivity" with things like
* Stress
* Drivenness
* Inconsistency
* Failure
* Absence
All of the above can make us think, "Why even want to be more productive if I sacrifice my peace, health, or even my family?"
Or having experienced failure or inconsistency, why even consider the topic of productivity? As Popeye would say, "I am what I am!"
Well... the good news. There's another way! It's possible to grow your productivity and stay sane and free from stress.
There's a way to grow in productivity and not be torn or feel like a "push-me-pull-you!"
